Mindfulness is the most powerful tool I know of that can help us live with greater calm, ease, and balance. When we practice mindfulness, we cultivate skills that are essential for human living: we learn to pay attention, calm down, and nurture joy. We make time for our own self-care in the middle of our busy days.

And who am I?
I’m Sarah Rudell Beach ~ nice to meet you! I’m the Executive Director of Brilliant Mindfulness, LLC. I am a Mindful School Certified Instructor, and I am also a Guiding Teacher on the Mindful Schools Faculty. I have received training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and in the Mindful Schools Curriculum for K-12 students. I taught high school social studies for 17 years before starting my business in 2015. I have now taught mindfulness to thousands of students, teachers, and individuals throughout the US… and the world! Over several weeks and/or months, you and I will work closely together to help you start your mindfulness practice. In 45-minute sessions once a week (held via a secure online video call), you’ll learn mindfulness and meditation techniques, and we’ll explore how you can use these practices to deal with the stressors in YOUR life.

This is the heart of the call. You’ll learn mindfulness techniques that meet YOUR needs and the demands of YOUR life. This could be many different things, but common topics are self-care, stress management, self-compassion, anger management, mindful parenting, or working with difficult emotions.
Guided Meditation
A 10-minute guided meditation just for YOU, based on the weekly teaching and YOUR needs.
Reflection
What came up for you during the guided practice? How might you use this practice during your day?
Moving Forward
We’ll create a practice plan for your week and help you integrate the information from the session.
